Length measuring instruments are the backbone of dimensional quality control. If they drift, everything dahinter – inspection reports, customer documentation, even PPAP – wird unsicher. KALIBRA s.r.o. offers professional calibration of length instruments based on ISO/IEC 17025:2017, so that your measurement results stay reliable and can be shown to customers and auditors without discussion.
Calibration is performed either in our laboratory in Detva or, for larger fleets, directly at the customer’s site. Before we measure, we check condition, cleanliness and basic function of the instrument. Then we compare it against our high-precision reference standards over the relevant measuring range and record the actual deviations.
After calibration you receive a clear certificate with instrument identification, measured values, deviation and traceability information. On request we can group instruments into a list for your internal calibration plan, so you always know which tool is due next.
If you use special gauges or customer-specific master parts, we can evaluate them against a defined reference as well.
