Some parts can’t be checked reliably with hand tools – complex geometries, tight tolerances, position and form features, customer-specific drawings. For these cases we perform dimensional inspection on a coordinate measuring machine (CMM). This allows us to measure parts quickly and with high repeatability, even if you only have a drawing or a 3D model.
You send us the part together with the drawing (or CAD data). We define the measuring strategy, clamp the part on the CMM and measure all required features. The environment is controlled and the CMM is regularly verified, so the results can be used in QA reports or sent directly to your customer.
You receive a clear measurement report showing which dimensions were measured, which tolerances were applied and which features are OK/not OK. On request we can prepare the report in English and in a format suitable for customer submission (for example automotive suppliers).
