KALIBRA s.r.o. was founded in 2013 in Detva, Slovakia, with a very specific goal: to give industrial companies a reliable partner for dimensional calibration – not a general lab that “also” does calibration. From the beginning we focused on length and plane angle instruments, because these are the tools that decide about product quality, tolerance and final inspection.
We work under ISO/IEC 17025:2017 within the Slovak accreditation system (SNAS), so our results are documented, traceable and can be shown to customers, OEMs and auditors in Slovakia and across the EU (ILAC MRA).
Over the years we added on-site calibration and CMM measurements, so that production companies don’t have to interrupt their processes to keep their instruments compliant.
Today KALIBRA supports manufacturing, automotive suppliers, precision engineering and quality departments that want calibration to be predictable, fast and understandable – not complicated.
Our team comes from industrial metrology and knows the daily reality in production: instruments are in use, machines must run, and certificates must be ready for audits.
We work with:
We combine standardized, accredited procedures with practical service: pickup of instruments, clear certificates, recurring calibration schedules and fast turnaround for regular customers.
All calibration results are documented in a clear, audit-ready format, so quality managers and customers can use them immediately.
We maintain consistent calibration histories and schedules, so your measuring equipment stays compliant over time.
We offer lab and on-site calibration, choosing the option that causes the least disruption to your production.
We organise careful transport or pickup of instruments, so sensitive and high-value gauges return in the same condition.
We are based in Detva, Slovakia, but we work for customers across Slovakia and for cross-border projects in the Czech Republic, Austria and Germany.
No. We work with large manufacturing plants, but also with smaller tool shops, metrology/QA departments and companies that only need a few instruments calibrated per year.
Yes. We offer on-site calibration when it is faster or safer for the customer – for example if you have many calipers, micrometers or gauges in daily use.
Yes. We can create or update your calibration plan and remind you which instruments are due, so your audits stay clean.
