Not every company can send dozens of calipers, micrometers or dial indicators to a lab for several days. For production plants, automotive suppliers and tool shops we therefore offer on-site calibration: our technician comes to your facility and calibrates the instruments directly where they are used.
We agree on a date and the expected number of instruments. Our team arrives with portable reference standards and the necessary documentation. The instruments are checked, calibrated and recorded on site. This reduces transport effort, keeps machines running and lets you complete larger batches in one day.
After the visit you receive calibration certificates for the instruments we checked, plus an overview list (ID, date, technician). This list can be used directly in your internal calibration plan or shown to auditors.
