Calibration is carried out on a precision granite surface using approved procedures. We set defined angles with gauge blocks and reference devices and compare your instrument against these values. Deviations are recorded over the relevant range, so you can see exactly where the instrument is still within tolerance and where not.
You receive a clear calibration certificate showing the instrument, the measured angle values, the deviation and the applied method. This documentation can be forwarded to your QA department or to external auditors – useful especially for companies working for automotive or international customers.
